You can also visit the Matisse Museum, which exhibits works by the eponymous artist, as well as other modern and contemporary artists.
Cannes
Cannes is a glamorous city located on the French Riviera, famous for its annual film festival and its luxurious seaside villas. You can visit the famous Croisette, a palm-lined promenade that runs along the beach of Cannes. You can also visit the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, which hosts the annual film festival, as well as other important events.
Antibes
Antibes is a port city located between Nice and Cannes, famous for its old port and its Grimaldi castle and is located 18km from the Au Vallon Rouge campsite. You can visit the old town of Antibes, which is surrounded by ramparts and fortifications. Stop off at the Picasso Museum, formerly used as a studio by the 20th century painter. Don't forget to plan a day to take the children to Marineland, to discover the sea lions, killer whales and bottlenose dolphins.
GRASSE & SAINT-PAUL-DE-VENCE
Nice's hinterland, located just inland from the coast, offers a great escape from the beach and the crowds. The area is known for its hilltop villages, green valleys, crystal clear rivers, olive groves, lavender fields and majestic mountains. The most popular towns in the hinterland of Nice are Grasse, known for its perfumes, and Saint-Paul-de-Vence, a medieval fortified town full of charm.

It is considered the world capital of perfumery due to its large production industry of perfumes and aromas. Grasse is also known for its picturesque historic center with its narrow streets and stone buildings, as well as for its gardens and museums dedicated to the history of perfumery.

Saint-Paul-de-Vence - Iconic medieval village of 20th century ART

The village is famous for its preserved medieval architecture and its Provençal charm.
