Camping Plijadur Reviews

La Trinité sur Mer - Carnac, Morbihan - Bretagne

From Caroline

We had a pleasant family stay at the Plijadur campsite in La Trinité sur Mer in the Gulf of Morbihan, less than 3 km from the city center of Carnac.

At first, we were very well received when we arrived. The Plijadur campsite is close to the city center of La Trinité / sea and the beaches, in high season we were able to take advantage of the little train "Le Trinibus" which serves the beach and the city center and the port. It's really nice to leave the car for a few days. You can even rent bikes at the reception for the day or the week and go down to the marina in 5 minutes by bike.

The mobile home we rented is spacious, well equipped, very clean, well oriented with a view of the pond that borders the campsite. What could be better than spending dinners outside on the terrace with this beautiful view.

A beautiful spacious covered and heated swimming pool, a water games area and slides which my children really liked. You can even enjoy a moment of well-being in the sauna, but I advise you to book at reception. A children's club with lots of activities for the little ones and for all ages, and entertainment for the whole family.

A multi-sports ground with sports tournaments for children and teenagers. In the morning we had aqua gym lessons at the pool, the children went on a treasure hunt in the campsite and they were delighted. In the evening we were treated to a cabaret evening, a bingo and much more. But this is only an overview of the entertainment to which we were entitled during our stay, moreover these activities are supervised by a great team of animators, young dynamic and smiling. We also found a very good restaurant on site, which offers take-out meals, but which can be eaten on site, and a very good quality/price ratio.

To sum up, a family campsite with a smiling team that is always on hand to answer our questions. If you have any doubts about visiting the region, do not hesitate to go to the reception, the hostesses are very good advice.

The campsite is close to the city center of La Trinité and the beaches, in high season we were able to take advantage of the little train “Le Trinibus” to get to the beach or to the city center.

It's really nice to leave the car for a few moments. You can even rent bicycles at the reception for the day or the week.
To tell you a little about the region, the campsite is ideally located, you are close to the alignments of Carnac, Du petit Ménec and Kerlescan, a tree climbing park “Forêt Adrénaline”. For those with a sweet tooth, a short detour is a must at “La Trinitaine biscuit factory”.
Take advantage of a cruise in the Gulf of Morbihan to see the coast from another angle, and make stops on the different islands (Ile aux Moines) you will see it is magnificent. On the port you have the possibility to rent sailing, kayaking or motor boats.
Stop also to visit the cities of Vannes (magnificent fortified city), and the peninsula of Quiberon.
In summary, we are delighted with our stay, and will not hesitate to return to the Plijadur campsite, or even why not stay at another destination offered by Campings Atlantique Pellerin Vacances.
