Can I register additional people for my stay?
When renting, the maximum number of occupants depends on the campsite and the accommodation capacity of the chosen accommodation.
We do not allow exceeding the maximum capacity listed below.
If you have to exceed the maximum capacity, please modify your stay for a larger capacity accommodation, or even a 2nd rental.
- FOR CAMPSITES 1 to 9 and 25: please contact APV to let us know of any additional people.
We allow a maximum of 1 additional person in each rental and ask that you provide adequate sleeping arrangements (mattress/tent for 1 person with prior agreement from APV).
- 4 places: up to 4 people without supplement + 1 authorized person with supplement
- 4/6 places: up to 6 people without supplement + 1 authorized person with supplement
- 6 places: up to 6 people without supplement + 1 authorized person with supplement
The rate for an additional person varies from €4 to €10/day depending on age and the period (low or high season).
- ATTENTION: in 6/8 places: up to 8 people without supplement - NO additional person
- FOR OTHER CAMPSITES: please consult the Practical Information at the foot of the chosen campsite or contact us on 02 51 56 08 78.
- We remind you that a baby is considered a full occupant and must be mentioned in the list of participants in the stay.
Are all the accommodations heated?
All our mobile homes and cottages are equipped with electric heaters in the living room and bedrooms
NB: Only the Ecolodges, in the canvas habitat category, are NOT equipped with heating
Are all the accommodations equipped with sanitary facilities ?
All our mobile homes and cottages are equipped with a shower room and WC
NB: Only the 4P Ecolodge Tents are without sanitary facilities, but have a sink in the kitchenette area in the living room.
Only the Ecolodoge MANA 4P tent at the APV Le Pavillon Bleu*** campsite in La Faute sur Mer - La Presqu'île in Vendée is equipped with a shower room and WC.

How is my accommodation equipped? What should you plan to bring?
We have at your disposal a standard INVENTORY that you can CONSULT HERE online
You can also request in advance the reservation of:
- cot: €18/week
- baby chair: €18/week
- additional deckchair: 18€/week
- sheets: €16/week/bed
You cannot rent a TV. For TV, please book our rentals in the Grand Confort range or other models indicated with TV.
You can also rent bikes on site by check.
Is there a barbecue in the rental, can I plan to bring one?
- On Campsites 1 to 9 and 25: collective barbecues are available to you. Individual charcoal or electric barbecues and planchas are not permitted.
- For other campsites: please contact us for details.
VOTRE RESERVATION
What is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is a tax established according to the age and length of stay of holidaymakers, set by each municipality. It varies from one resort to another (price observed from €0.35 to €1/ day and per person).
It is requested on your arrival or on your stay final payment and then transferred by the campsite to its municipality of residence.
Payment in installments free of charge
You have the possibility of staggering your payments in 3/4 installments free of charge, by telephone or directly on your online file, taking into account a final balance 30 days before your arrival on the campsite.

Je n’aurai pas mes chèques vacances pour la date de paiement fixée pour le solde, comment faire ?
Rassurez-vous, c’est un cas de figure fréquent. Il vous suffit de nous remettre un chèque bancaire du montant équivalent au montant prévu en Chèque-Vacances : nous le conserverons de côté, en attente de réception de vos Chèques-Vacances Classic . Un conseil, demandez à votre organisme/employeur de commander le format dématérialisé auprès de l’ANCV appelé Chèque-Vacances Connect, pratique et facile d’utilisation, nous l’acceptons également.
Can I accommodate one or more additional people or visitors?
ADDITIONAL PEOPLE:
1 - On a BARE PITCH, the maximum number of people per pitch is 6.
2 - For RENTAL, it depends on the campsite and the accommodation capacity of the chosen accommodation, please consult the Your Accommodation section
VISITORS: after being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The camper can receive one or more visitors after declaration at the reception. If these visitors are allowed to enter the campsite, the camper receiving them will be required to pay a fee, insofar as the visitor has access to the services and/or facilities of the campsite. This fee is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. Visitors' cars are prohibited in the campsite, including the parking lot.
- The rental or location is personal. It is forbidden to sublet or transfer the pitch or rental to a third party. Only people listed on the contract are authorized to stay on the campsite. A nominative reservation cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- The reservation confirmed by the payment of a deposit constitutes a contract and acceptance of the general conditions of sale between ATLANTIQUE PELLERIN VACANCES and the customer. It will be confirmed by the sending of a document entitled: "confirmation of reservation" specifying the dates, the place, the price and the conditions of stay.
After sending the completed and signed contract, a copy will be returned to you on request after signature on our part, except in the case of reservations on the website.
In the event of early departure, whatever the circumstances, all of the days reserved will be due to the campsite.
Can I modify my file once the reservation has been made and the deposit validated?
Yes, it is possible for you to add or remove a person, an animal, a service to your stay. To do this, please use the contact form to let us know by email what you want to change.
Any request to modify a reservation (dates, type, campsite) is studied by APV. It can be accepted or refused and will result in a “modification fee” of €35(free modifications for personal information: telephone number, postal address, email address, date of birth, participants*, registration or addition of additional services). Any modification that may lead to a variation in the amount of the fee, more or less, must be reported on arrival. In the event of inaccurate declaration by the lessee, this contract will be automatically terminated and the sums paid will be retained by the lessor.
*(Warning: this does not concern the change of file holder which is a chargeable modification if possible and/or accepted).
Can I receive the map of the campsite and choose my location?
The plans of the campsites are not transmitted because Atlantique Pellerin Vacances reserves the right to rethink the layout of the campsite from one season to the next. In addition, every year changes of rental categories and ranges are made due to the regular renewal of our rental stock.
If you have a preferred location in the campsite, its number, you can communicate it to us at the time of booking by telephone or in the online comments on the internet. If the location is available, it will be blocked for you. However, APV reserves the right to direct you to a pitch meeting the same criteria if the requested pitch is no longer available and will keep you informed in the event of a change.
To best meet your expectations, we invite you to specify your preferences on the situation in the campsite when booking by telephone or on the internet in the comments section of the online booking form. By booking early in the season, you have a better chance of choosing according to your criteria of:
- proximity or not of services
- proximity or not to swimming pools
- proximity or not to the beach
- more or less quiet location
- more or less shaded location
For reservations of bare pitches, please absolutely indicate the type and dimensions of your equipment (caravan, motorhome, family tent, number of tents, trailer), in order to allocate you a pitch well suited to your camping equipment.
Clarifications and Mediator
Dear customer, these clarifications being necessary in order to avoid any ambiguity, we thank you for your trust and hope that your next vacation can leave you with the best of memories.
Mediator: complaints will only be taken into consideration if they are signed, dated, as precise as possible and relate to relatively recent facts. In the event of a dispute and after having contacted the customer service of the establishment, any customer of the campsite has the possibility of seizing a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by LRAR , with the operator. The contact details of the mediator likely to be contacted by the client: Consumer Mediation Center of Justice Conciliators CM2C – 14 rue Saint Jean 75017 Paris: “being validated by the CECMC”.

Your arrival at the campsite
You must notify us of any delay in your arrival in order to maintain your right of possession. The manager reserves the right to dispose of the pitch or rental provided if there is no news 48 hours after the scheduled arrival date.
Any modification that may lead to a variation in the amount of the fee, more or less, must be reported on arrival. In the event of inaccurate declaration by the lessee, the contract will be automatically terminated and the sums paid will be retained by the lessor.
At what time can I access my accommodation?
EN LOCATION
As a general rule, we indicate arrivals from 4 p.m. for one-week camping rental stays.
The conditions are different for the weekend formulas and may vary slightly from one campsite to another.

A quelle heure puis-je m'installer sur mon emplacement ?
for pitches
Pitches are available every day from 12 p.m. to 12 p.m.
The tent or caravan and the related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the directives given by the manager or his representative.
Are the campsites suitable for Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM)?
All our campsites have compliant equipment for access to reception/catering service buildings (ramps) and adapted sanitary facilities for people with reduced mobility.
On the other hand, mobile homes, chalets and ecolodges do not have specific sanitary facilities. It is necessary to plan to use the sanitary facilities of the campsite to have sufficient space for the lap of an armchair.
NB: Camping Au Val de Loire en Ré offers stays in Mobile Home 4/6 PRM Grand Comfort places with TV with a terrace with access ramp.
ELEMENTS given on your arrival
When you arrive on site, we ask you to report directly to the campsite reception.
Our hostesses and APV hosts will ask you to present your residence documents.
- you will have paid for your stay 30 days before your arrival, otherwise the balance will be requested on site if there is a balance.
- you will also have validated the dematerialized guarantee deposit on SWIKLY of €200 (material damage or possible cleaning) by check or bank imprint.
- you will have to pay on the spot the services possibly chosen in supplement (rental of sheets, bicycles, or 2nd car for example)
They will give you back:
- The campsite welcome booklet which is a mine of useful information on the services of the campsite, but also good local addresses
- The sticker to put on your car
- The set of keys for your rental, if rental
- The Barrier Pass is integrated into the set of keys for rentals and independent for pitches.
- The inventory sheet for your rental to be checked on your arrival and left signed at the reception.

Is it possible to host visitors during our stay at the campsite?

LE REGLEMENT A LA PISCINE
Rules at the swimming pool
We remind you below of some rules for living together, hygiene and safety for accessing swimming pools and enjoying a moment of fun or relaxation in the best conditions.
The public, spectators, visitors or accompanying persons only frequent the premises and areas reserved for them.
Animals must not be brought into the enclosure of the aquatic area.
Before entering the pools, bathers must go under showers and through footbaths (or equivalent devices).
Bathers should not use footbaths for any purpose other than that for which they are designed.
Access to the areas reserved for swimmers is prohibited for those with suspicious skin lesions who do not have a Certificate of Non-Contagion.
Prohibited
- It is forbidden to enter in shoes on the beaches of the solarium.
- Smoking, vaping or chewing gum is prohibited except in outdoor relaxation and rest areas.
- Spitting is prohibited.
- It is forbidden to abandon food reliefs.
- It is forbidden to run on the beaches and to dive outside the areas reserved for this purpose.
- No violent or embarrassing games may be practiced near the facilities.
