RESPECT THE INTERNAL RULES OF EACH CAMPSITE
Consult the rules of procedure on site (variable according to the campsite).
1 - CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION
To be allowed to enter, settle and stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative. He has the obligation to ensure the good maintenance and good order of the campsite as well as compliance with the application of these internal regulations. The fact of staying on the APV campsites, head office: 85400 LUÇON, implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules of procedure and the commitment to comply with them.
2 - POLICE FORMALITIES
Anyone who has to stay at least one night in the campsite must first present their identity documents to the manager or his representative and complete the formalities required by the police. Pursuant to article R.611-35 of the code for the entry and stay of foreigners and the right to asylum, the manager is required to have the client of foreign nationality complete and sign, upon arrival, a individual police file. It must mention in particular: surname, first names, date and place of birth, nationality and habitual residence. Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written authorization from them with at least one adult present.
3 - INSTALLATION
The tent or caravan and the related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the directives given by the manager or his representative.
4 - RECEPTION OFFICE
Open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. (high season) depending on the campsite. You will find at the reception desk all the information on the services of the campsite, information on the possibilities of refueling, the sports facilities, the tourist riches of the surroundings and various addresses which may prove useful. A satisfaction questionnaire intended for to receive complaints is made available to users. Complaints will only be taken into consideration if they are signed, dated, as precise as possible and relate to relatively recent facts. In the event of a dispute and after having contacted the customer service of the establishment, any customer of the campsite has the possibility of seizing a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by LRAR , with the operator. 5 - ROYALTIES
The fees are paid on arrival at the reception desk. Their amount is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. They are due according to the number of nights reserved on the site. Campsite users are invited to notify the reception office of their departure the day before.
6 - NOISE AND SILENCE - ANIMALS
a) NOISE and SILENCE: Campground users must avoid all noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbours. The sound devices must be adjusted accordingly, the closures of doors and trunks as discreet as possible. There must be total silence between 11.30 p.m. and 7 a.m. (High season: entertainment stops at 11:30 p.m.).
b) ANIMALS: At the entrance to the establishment, the tattoo card and the anti-rabies vaccination certificate for dogs and cats, which must be wearing a collar, must be presented. In accordance with article 211-1 of the rural code, and with the decrees and ministerial orders of application, the dogs of 1st category "attack dogs" (pitt-bulls) and the dogs of 2nd category "of guard and defense (Rottweiler and types…) are prohibited. Dogs and other animals must not be left free, or even locked up in the campsite, in the absence of their masters who are legally responsible for them.
7 - VISITORS
After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors can be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The camper can receive one or more visitors after declaration at the reception. If these visitors are allowed to enter the campsite, the camper receiving them will be required to pay a fee, insofar as the visitor has access to the services and/or facilities of the campsite. This fee is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. Visitors' cars are prohibited in the campsite, including the parking lot.
8 - TRAFFIC AND PARKING OF VEHICLES
Inside the camp, vehicles with an APV sticker affixed to the front must drive at a speed limit of 10 km / hour. Traffic is prohibited between 11.30 p.m. and 7 a.m. (barrier closing times). Only declared vehicles belonging to the campers staying there can circulate in the campsite. Parking, strictly prohibited on pitches usually occupied by camping shelters, must not, moreover, hinder traffic, nor prevent the installation of newcomers.
9 - DRESS AND APPEARANCE OF FACILITIES
It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or in the gutters. Caravanners must dispose of their waste water in the facilities provided for this purpose. Household waste, waste of any kind, papers must be placed in the trash cans. Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, including sanitary facilities. Washing is strictly prohibited outside the bins provided for this purpose. use. The drying will be done if necessary in the common dryer. However, it is tolerated for up to 10 a.m. near shelters, provided it is discreet and does not bother the neighbours. It should never be made from trees. Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden for the camper to plant nails in the trees, to cut branches, to make plantations. It is also not allowed to delimit the location of an installation by personal means or to dig the ground. Any degradation committed with the vegetation, the fences, the ground or the installations of the campground will be the responsibility of its author. The site which will have been used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found upon entering the premises.
10 - SECURITY
a) FIRE: electrical appliances such as barbecues, planchas, etc. as well as open fires (wood, coals, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves should be kept in good working order and not used in hazardous conditions. In case of fire notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary. A first aid kit can be found at reception.
b) THEFT: The management is responsible for objects deposited at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. The camper remains responsible for his own installation and must report to the manager the presence of any suspicious person. Although security is provided, users of the campsite are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.
11 - GAMES
No violent or disturbing game can be organized near the facilities. The meeting room cannot be used for hectic games. Children should always be under the supervision of their parents. For access to the swimming pool, swimming trunks or boxers are mandatory. For reasons of hygiene, swim shorts and burkinis are not accepted, only bathing suits, briefs and boxers are.
12 - DEAD GARAGE
It can only be left unoccupied equipment on the ground, after agreement of the management and only at the location indicated. A fee, the amount of which will be displayed at the office, will be due for the “Garage Mort”.
13 - DISPLAY
These rules of procedure are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and/or at the reception desk. It is given to the customer at his request.
14 - BREACH OF REGULATIONS
In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not respect the provisions of these rules of procedure, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, give notice to the latter to cease the disturbances. . In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call on the forces of the order.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
The camp leader is responsible for the order and good running of the camp. He has the duty to sanction serious breaches of the rules and if necessary to expel their perpetrators without recourse from them.
